Error Correction

An overview of the most common errors, their causes and ways to resolve them.

The app cannot find a device

If a device cannot be found on the "Find Device" screen:

1. check that the distance between the phone and the device is less than 6–7 m, and that the Bluetooth signal cannot be blocked or interfered with by something
2. turn Bluetooth off and on in the phone settings
3. restart the app

The device keeps disconnecting

The app keeps redirecting to the "Find Device" screen.

Causes:

• loss of communication (signal) with the device
  • reduce the distance between the phone and the device
• the device is not paired with the phone
  • guide to successfully pairing the device

Ways to fix it:

• restart Bluetooth (in the phone settings)
  • connect to the device again
• try the pairing process again with the correct Bluetooth password
  • if the pairing dialog keeps appearing - the device was not paired correctly
