User Roles

The StatoTest system implements several user roles to ensure security and access authorization to data.

Currently, the following roles are available (sorted by role ID):

  1. Global Administrator = StatoTest system administrators
  2. Company Administrator
    • can manage everything within the given company
  3. Construction Administrator
    • can only edit things related to constructions and measurement points
  4. User
    • generic permission with access to measurement points and the ability to edit them
  5. Guest
    • role that can only view accessible data (all forms of editing are prohibited)

You can find out which role has been assigned to you in "Profile Settings"

Information

External access to data, which does not require creating a user account, can be provided using so-called "export tokens"
