Application Unable to Find the Device

If the device is not discoverable on the "Find Devices" screen:

  1. Ensure that the distance between the phone and the device is less than 10 meters.
    • The distance may also depend on obstacles and interference.
  2. Turn off and on Bluetooth in the phone settings.
  3. Restart the application.

Device Keeps Disconnecting

The application keeps redirecting to the "Find Devices" screen.

Causes:

  • Loss of communication (signal) with the device.
    • Reduce the distance between the phone and the device.
  • The device is not paired with the phone.
