Alert subscriptions (recipients)

Choose who should be notified when watchdogs trigger. Recipients can be per data type.

User Permissions

Everyone can add, edit, or remove their own alert subscriptions for a Measurement Point. Admins can see and manage all subscriptions in scope.

Manage alert subscriptions modal windows

Before You Begin

  • Select an Organization (and a Construction) so that Measurement Points are visible.

Add or edit a subscription

  1. Open Alerts for a Measurement Point.
  2. Choose Data Type:
    • All: replicates the subscription across all data types for this point.
    • Specific: targets a single data type (eg. only one data type is critical for this Measurement Point).
  3. Enter at least one contact:
    • Email (validated)
    • Phone (international format, e.g., +420…)
  4. Add or Save.
tip

Use "All" for Measurement Points where any missing data is critical. Use "Specific" to reduce noise for sensors with different cadences.

warning

Duplicate prevention is enforced. If a subscription already exists with the same email/phone and data type, you’ll see an error.

Additional notes

  • The table shows who created each subscription (user column) when known.
  • You can delete a subscription from the table; non‑admins will only see their own entries.

How notifications work

  • When a watchdog’s condition becomes true (no data for the interval), recipients for matching data types are notified.
  • "Info sent" in Watchdogs indicates whether a notification has already been sent for the current alarm window.
