Getting started
This page covers how to get access to the Statotest web portal and sign in for the first time.
Getting an account
Accounts are provisioned by administrators — there is no public self-service sign-up.
- If your Organization already uses Statotest, ask your Organization Administrator to create an account for you or assign your existing account to the Organization. See Users.
- If you don't have an administrator to ask, contact info@statotest.com.
info
A single account can belong to several Organizations, with a different role in each.
Signing in
- Open the portal at https://portal.statotest.com. If you're not signed in, you're taken to the sign-in page.
- Enter your e-mail and password.
- Click Log in.
The sign-in page has a language switch (English / Čeština) in the corner. If your e-mail or password is wrong, an error message appears — check both and try again.
Forgot your password?
If you've forgotten your password and can't sign in, contact your Organization Administrator or info@statotest.com to have it reset.
tip
Once you're signed in, you can change your own password anytime on the Profile Settings page.
First steps after signing in
- In the top navigation, select your Organization (and, where needed, a Construction and Measurement Point). Most pages are scoped to the current selection.
- Open the Dashboard for a health overview, or the Map to see your Measurement Points.
- Explore your data in Charts and set up monitoring with Alerts and Notifications.
See the Portal overview for the full list of features.
