Troubleshooting

No devices shown

  • Ensure an Organization and Construction are selected.
  • The Construction must have an MQTT topic. If missing, ask a Global Admin to configure it.

Connection failed

  • A red alert says the connection to the device management service failed. Refresh the page.
  • If it persists, check your network or contact support.

Commands not sent

  • Select at least one device in the table. Commands with zero targets won’t send.
  • If status stays on SENT, wait up to a minute, then check connectivity.

Scheduling issues

  • Times are sent in UTC. Confirm your local time conversion is as expected.
  • If devices are WAITING FOR TIME SYNC, scheduling may be safer than immediate start, or ensure NTP works.

Logs are empty

  • Expand the time window or click “Display latest logs (4 hours)”.
  • Verify the serial number and topic are correct for the device.

Permissions

  • Only Global Admins and Organization Admins can control measurements. Users/Guests have read‑only access.
