Troubleshooting

Cannot find my device in the Bluetooth picker

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and on the device
  • Move closer to the device
  • Verify the device advertises as CHESTER…, Statotest…, or Dynasense…
  • Restart the device and try again

"Bluetooth adapter is disabled or not available"

  • Enable Bluetooth on your machine and try again
  • Check OS-level permissions and restart the browser

Connected but no output appears

  • Send a simple command to test connectivity
  • Verify the device is in a mode that responds over Bluetooth
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting

Large logs stop showing in the console

  • This is expected for very long outputs; click Save console output to export the full log

Browser says the site is not secure

  • Web Bluetooth requires HTTPS (secure context). Open the portal over HTTPS

iPhone/iPad cannot connect

  • Web Bluetooth is not supported on iOS/Safari. Use a supported desktop browser or Android
