Troubleshooting
Cannot find my device in the Bluetooth picker
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer and on the device
- Move closer to the device
- Verify the device advertises as CHESTER…, Statotest…, or Dynasense…
- Restart the device and try again
"Bluetooth adapter is disabled or not available"
- Enable Bluetooth on your machine and try again
- Check OS-level permissions and restart the browser
Connected but no output appears
- Send a simple command to test connectivity
- Verify the device is in a mode that responds over Bluetooth
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
Large logs stop showing in the console
- This is expected for very long outputs; click Save console output to export the full log
Browser says the site is not secure
- Web Bluetooth requires HTTPS (secure context). Open the portal over HTTPS
iPhone/iPad cannot connect
- Web Bluetooth is not supported on iOS/Safari. Use a supported desktop browser or Android
