Table operations
User tables in the portal use a consistent set of features to help you quickly find and manage records.

Quick filter (search)
- Use the Filter input above the table to search across visible columns
- The search applies as you type
Column filters
- Click the column header filter icon to narrow results by a single column
- You can combine multiple column filters
Sorting
- Click any column header to sort ascending/descending
- The sort indicator shows the active sort order
Pagination and page size
- Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages
- Change Items per Page to show more or fewer rows (10, 25, 50, 100)
Cleaner (reset)
- Click the cleaner (reset) control to clear filters and sorting
tip
Use column filters to quickly find users by email domain, last name, or role. Combine with the global search to narrow results even faster.
