DynaSense viewer
For DynaSense Measurement Points, the Charts page shows the DynaSense viewer instead of the standard charts.
Why the charts look different
DynaSense units produce high-frequency dynamic measurements that the standard chart types are not built to render. Rather than showing a degraded version of that data, the portal embeds the DynaSense viewer for those points and hands it the context you already selected.
There is nothing to switch on. Select a DynaSense Measurement Point and the viewer takes the place of the charts.

What the viewer receives
The embedded viewer follows the portal rather than starting from scratch:

Fullscreen
Fullscreen above the viewer gives it the whole window. The viewer also switches to its full layout in fullscreen and back to the simplified one when you leave, so it is worth using for any detailed work.
The portal applies no role check of its own here — the viewer appears for anyone who can open the Charts page for that point. Access to the data inside it is decided by the DynaSense viewer itself, so what you can see there may differ from what the portal would show you.
What is not shown
While the viewer is open, the standard chart controls do not apply to it — the chart types, per-channel parameter panels and watchdog alert strip belong to the standard charts. Tabs such as Measurement Summary remain available.
Shared chart links (view-only links created under Data Sharing) always show the standard charts, never the viewer.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause |

| A point that is not a DynaSense unit shows the viewer | Points with no assigned device are identified by a long number in the point name. If a point's name contains 10 or more digits in a row, it can be taken for a DynaSense serial number. Renaming the point, or assigning its device, resolves it |
| The viewer area stays empty | The viewer is an embedded external page. Check that your browser is not blocking third-party frames, and that the interval you selected contains data |
| The viewer ignores my interval | The interval is read when the page loads it. Reselect the interval above the page |
