Data Sharing

Create and manage share tokens to let people view charts without a portal account. Shared links open the External Charts portal and display charts for authorized Constructions and Measurement Points.

Before You Begin​

Select:

  • Organization — required
User Permissions
  • Create token: Organization Admin and Global Admin
  • See tokens: Users below Organization Admin see only their own tokens; Organization Admins and Global Admins can list all company tokens
  • Delete/update token: allowed for Global Admins, Organization Admins, or the token owner

Create a share token​

  1. Click Create Token
  2. Choose the Organization and optionally limit to a specific Construction
  3. Add a description (optional) and confirm
  4. Copy the link for the recipient

Recipients open the link in a browser and immediately see the charts in the External Charts portal. No login is required; the token embedded in the link authorizes access.

tip

You can generate a link directly from an existing token and copy it with one click.

Manage tokens​

  • Update token: change description or scope
  • Delete token: revoke access immediately
