Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them.

No animation data available​

  • Ensure Organization, Construction, and Measurement Point are selected
  • Confirm the Measurement Point has a GeoSnake device assigned and sending data
  • Expand the Displayed Interval and click View

Controls disabled​

  • Animation Control is disabled if no frames were loaded
  • Previous/Next are disabled at the boundaries
  • Download CSV Data is disabled until data is loaded

Statistics or Advanced Calculations not visible​

  • Click Show Statistics Model or Show Advanced Calculations to reveal the sections
  • They are available to all users with access to this route

Units look inconsistent​

  • Depth is shown in meters (device length)
  • Lateral movements are shown in millimeters
  • CSV exports use the same units as displayed in the UI

Access is missing​

  • This application is available only for Organizations with the Geosnake application assigned
  • Contact your Global Admin to enable the application for your Organization
